Description of activity:
On Sep 7, 2004, a Badhan volunteer team went Lalmonirhat to
distribute food and medicine to flood affected people. This relief effort was
supported by funds sent from SpaandanB. & Janiyo oushod niti shamannae
parishad(JONSP)
Food packages, each consisting of 9 Kg rice, 1 Kg lentils, 0.5
Kg salt, 0.5 liter cooking oil and 3 packets of oral saline, were distributed to
approximately 270 flood affected families.
